During the spring 2018 semester of clinic, I had the opportunity to perform non-surgical periodontal therapy on a periodontally involved patient. I collected Mr. Doe's medical history, social history, probe measurements, radiographs and calculus levels. Analyzing what I had collected, I was able to complete a treatment plan for Mr. Doe. Along with the full mouth debridement and SRP, I also performed nutritional counseling on Mr. Doe. Using all of this data and information I was able to create a case study which included before and after photos of Mr. Doe's oral status, microscope slide findings from samples taken from Mr. Doe's sulcus, and much more. Below is the PowerPoint over my case study and the written case study.
